Dr. Ruchira Pathak is an Associate Professor in the Commerce Department at PGDAV College (Eve.) , University of Delhi since 1997. She did her B.Com., M.Com and M.Phil from University of Delhi. She is Ph.D in Commerce from Department of Commerce , Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. She has around 30 years of teaching experience. She is experienced in teaching a diverse set of subjects in the field of commerce and business such as Financial Accounting, Company law, Business Law and Human Resource Management etc.

Her research interests include broader areas of Performance Management, Accounting and Company Law.

As a Convener of Research and Development Cell, organized the following events:

· One day Faculty Development Programme for University faculty members on Advanced Research tool “Structural Equation Modelling” on 4^th March, 2017

at PGDAV College(Eve.)

· One-Week Faculty Development Programme on “Communication Skills and Teaching Techniques” for teaching faculty from 26^th – 31^st August, 2019 in the College premises.

· Employability skill training programme in Financial literacy for the students from 21^st October 2019- 14^th March, 2020.

· Organised a Webinar on “Coronavirus Pandemic:Challenges,Opportunities and Road Ahead”, WILL IT CHANGE THE WORLD PERMANENTLY ?on

1^st May, 2020.
