The finance club is instrumental in ensuring a bridge between the industry and the student community, so as to create a strong foundation of financial knowledge outside the classroom”

Mission Statement
The club aims at providing a pathway for smooth transition of the students from class to the corporate world. Vision Statement Our vision is to promote financial theory and practice in such a way that it becomes a part of one's life. We hope to provide an opportunity for students to improve their understanding of the world of finance and foster an environment where they can learn, share, participate, organize and network with industry.
Finance Club objectives are:
To increase interest in finance among students by relating the experiences of students, professors, and alumni.
To stimulate thinking and spread awareness towards the area of finance
To provide a comprehensive understanding of the finance industry, including its related jobs and certificates.
To guide students in pursuit of careers in finance by providing resume reviews, mock interviews, and counselling.
To help members with their interpersonal skills such as leadership and presentation skills.
To offer a real-life experience of managing money, putting it to work in the financial markets. To create knowledge-sharing sessions related to investment and finance through external resource persons.
To enhance the knowledge of budding investors and fund managers on quantitative and qualitative and ethical factors of finance managers through case studies, role plays etc.
To make the students more competitive in terms of concepts as well as practical understanding.
To provide opportunities to explore issues in India’s economy and the world economy as whole.
To provide a platform for students to learn, share, participate, organize and build networks for better career opportunities in the financial services industry.

The finance club always tries to empower the finance enthusiasts with the best of knowledge it could possibly give. The “VittaManthan”, being one of the major event highlights of the finance club, and student platform providing strong conceptual as well as practical knowledge to the students from the industry experts. Such sessions enlighten the finance and investment discipline students in terms of the expectations in the finance industry, the updated technologies, the importance of wealth creation and maximization. The Peer to Peer sessions, being a friendly discussion session helps in knowledge sharing on certain basic concepts of finance and investment. This helps the students of the college to grow together.
The Undertakings:
Financial awareness and Education: create resources to promote the financial education among the students.
Financial Activities: organize events and activities related the finance and investment area
Financial Network: search for opportunities for contact with the finance and investment area community and provide a forum to assist students in building the networking skills. Maintain the page on the different social media platform.
